Smeg Expands Its Coffee Machine Lineup with an Advanced Espresso Machine
Smeg has enhanced its range of coffee machines by introducing a new espresso machine featuring an in-built coffee grinder, catering to the tastes of coffee enthusiasts.

The newly launched Smeg EGF03 model boasts stainless steel conical grinders that deliver finely and evenly ground beans. The machine's top grinder is detachable, simplifying the cleaning process. Its dual Thermoblock heating system guarantees that the steam function is instantly available after brewing.
The 58mm portafilter and steam wand, both crafted from stainless steel, enable users to brew coffee with professional barista quality. Additionally, the machine's pressure gauge monitors the espresso extraction process.
The EGF03's control panel includes dual menus for straightforward preparation. Users can select from two pre-set grinding options for single or double espressos, and two brewing choices for either one or two cups of coffee. The machine also offers a choice of pre-infusion profiles—short, standard, long, and progressive—and four temperature settings for extraction.
Designed in collaboration with deepdesign studio, the EGF03's distinctive appearance is complemented by various accessories, such as non-pressurised and pressurised filters, a milk jug, and cleaning and maintenance tools.
Available in six colors—red, white, black, cream, pastel green, and pastel blue—the Smeg EGF03 with an integrated coffee grinder is likely to be priced around $1,299.
